Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Veloria Kids processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through veloria.kids. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
For most orders, estimated processing time is usually 1–3 business days for 96% of orders. Processing times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, holidays, promotions, product launches, payment review, address verification, or other high-volume periods.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If expedited or special shipping options are available, the cost and delivery estimate will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Estimated delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes approximately 7–14 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.
4. Total estimated timeframe
Combined estimated timeframe for most orders:
- Processing: 3–5 business days
- Shipping transit: 7–14 business days after processing
- Total estimated delivery window: approximately 10–19 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
5. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to eligible delivery locations shown at checkout. Some remote regions, PO boxes, military addresses, territories, or international destinations may have limited shipping availability or longer transit times.
If we are unable to ship to your address after the order is placed, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
6. Order confirmation and tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your shipment is dispatched, we may send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after label creation or dispatch.
7. Delivery delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs clearance, labor disruptions, inaccurate addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
8. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, processing or delivery may be delayed.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@veloria.kids. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted or processed.
9. Failed delivery and returned packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment unless the return was caused by our error.
10. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@veloria.kids within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date.
We may request supporting information such as:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging for damaged shipments
- Confirmation of the delivery address
- Any carrier notices or tracking screenshots
We will review each case and, where appropriate, work with you and the carrier on a replacement, refund, or other resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
11. Split shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or packaging needs. If this happens, items may arrive on different dates.
12. Customs, duties, and import charges
For orders shipped outside your country, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply depending on your local laws. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
13. Risk of loss
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you when the shipment is transferred to the carrier.
14. Shipping policy updates
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
